Meet the Doctor

We have a versatile team composed of dentists, administrative staff, hygienists, specialized technicians, and nurse anesthetists. Each patient receives comprehensive care and we pride ourselves in personalized service.

Dr. Albert Wesley D.D.S.

Dr. Al Wesley completed his undergraduate studies in 1982 and received his dentaldegree from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1987. He went on to become certified in Prosthodontics, the specialty of full-mouth restoration and correct oral function, at Indiana University in 1990. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Dr. Wesley combinesa progressive general dentistry philosophy with a focus on Implant Dentistry. He often handles the most challenging implant cases on referral from other dentists. Dr. Wesley continues to use his experience and knowledge teaching other dental professionals in the area of full-mouth reconstruction and comprehensive treatment planning, lecturing throughout the United States. He has also taught general dentistry courses and dental laboratory procedures at the University of Detroit Dental School and Wayne County Community College. He and his family enjoy camping, biking and Michigan summers!

Meet the Team

Bill Hall, CRNA

Bill is our Nurse Anesthetist and has been providing IV Sedation services since 2004. He has overseen a large range of cases, including dentistry, general surgery, orthopedic, neurology, and pediatrics, for both hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. Bill graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in May, 1995 and a Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology from the University of Detroit-Mercy in December, 2003. When he is not administering IV Sedation, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, going to the beach, home remodeling, and flipping houses.

Amanda McDaniel, Sugrical Assistant

Amanda's favorite part of her job is making patients feel at ease and comfortable, and she does this well each and every day. She has been working as an assistant since 2002, but Amanda joined our team in 2014. She is currently working on a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and leadership to go along with her certification as a registered dental assistant. When she isn't busy helping our patients or studying, Amanda enjoys outdoor activities, family gatherings, fishing, and cooking.

Justin Hiles, Office Manager

Justin recently joined the SplenDent Implant Center team in August 2018 as our Administrative Assistant. Before joining us, he was a Dietary Aide at Hackley Hospital for 3 years. Justin enjoys working in the dental field because every day is different, as is every patient's story, making every day unique. Justin will be the friendly voice that greets you on the phone and welcomes you into the office. In his free time, Justin enjoys traveling with his husband, watching movies, or spending time with his family and dogs.

Lorin Robbins, Restorative Assistant

Lorin started in specialty dentistry in 2012 and Joined community shores in 2015. She received her dental assisting certification through Ross medical at the end of 2011. She also has her X-ray and CPR/BSL certification. She loves to continue to learn new things within the field. Lorin enjoys building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable during their visit. Outside of the office, Lorin and her husband enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, remodeling their house, and relaxing outdoors!

Alicia Haar, Hygienist

Alicia began her career in dentistry as an orthodontic assistant in 2012 before joining our team in 2014 as a registered dental hygienist. Alicia received her associate's degree in dental hygiene from Ferris State University. She is also licensed as an RDH and has completed additional training in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide analgesia, laser dentistry, and Zoom whitening. Alicia enjoys getting to know each patient and educating them about how to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. In her free time, Alicia loves to spend time with her family and friends, take her border collie (Tucker) on walks, go kayaking, be outdoors, and be creative.
